15kV TWT Test System
Features:
- The rig tested and aged their Travelling Wave Tubes (a component of radars and TV transmitters)
- Software was designed in Labview which sequenced the different voltage levels during test. We did the system build and wiring, using specialized power supplies supplied by FUG
- The system included a PLC interlock system as an independent layer of safety (due to the extremely high voltages)
- Similar jobs for 7kV and 40kV systems
