Yelo have provided various bespoke ATE projects for the Automotive industry. One notable project was the completion of a Tractor and Truck pedal tester for Orscheln.
Tractor and Truck Pedal Tester
This fixture did a functional test of a treadle pedal (used as an accelerator pedal in tractors and trucks). Using a motor and a linear actuator it pushes the pedal back and forth, taking readings of electrical output and the force applied. Various test results are calculated based on the range of results.
